Man Uses His Car To Stop An SUV During A Medical Emergency
A man in Washington is a hero after using his own car to safely stop a runaway SUV on Interstate 5. His name is Paul Jackson, and he first saw the car cross three lanes and start bouncing off the concrete barrier. He moved closer and realized the driver was having a medical emergency…then saw a frightened young child in the back seat.
He carefully guided the SUV against a concrete barrier and brought it to a controlled stop scraping up his own car in the process. He then helped get it in park and get the young boy to safety while police and EMT’s tended to the driver. His family is starting a GoFundMe for his car repairs but he believes “God put me there”.
